He is survived by: his wife Barbara Milner; his children, Robert Milner (Eileen) of Clinton, MS, Katherine Simmons of Buena Park, CA, Toni Flaherty of Phoenix, AZ and Suzanne Milner of Hibbing, MN; and his sister Pat Stafford of Atascadero, CA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.
