He is survived by: his parents, Tami Taminich and Thomas Lott; his grandmother Shirley Finch; his aunt Shannon Galvan; his son Marshall Ibarra; and his siblings, Michael Lott, Kesha Chestnut and Thomas Eric Lott Minor.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to NAMI (The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill), an organization that helps the families and the people stricken with mental illness.
