He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Jennifer) and Anaheim Hills; his wife Barbara Ann Rogers; his daughters, Deborah Rogers Merced (Luis Merced) and Jennifer Rogers Evans; his sister Catherine Rogers Phillips; and his grandchildren, Deanna Maag, Matthew Merced, Aubrey Isabell and Delaney Isabell.
