He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Norton and Genevieve Norton; his wife Carol Jean; his children, Bill Jr., Shirley (Paine), Blair, Kelly (Couch) and Jay; and his sister Yvonne Brosemer. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
