She is survived by: her husband John Edward Dembosz; her daughters, Leigh Ann Lenhart (Will Weygandt) of Culver, OR, Lindsay Dembosz (Rick Molinari) of Bend, OR and Rebecca Lomeland of Camas, WA; her grandchildren, Megan Lenhart of Gas City, IN, Julian Lenhart of Marion, IN, Shallen Lenhart of Bend, OR and Elliott Lomeland of Camas, WA; and her siblings, Janet Sweeney (Chuck) of Cromwell, IN, Nancy Koudelka (Jim) of Port Orchard, WA, Kathleen Blinn of Marion, IN, Donna Blinn of Marion, IN, Marilyn Blen of Yamhill, OR, Eddie Blinn of Marion, IN and David Blinn (Lucille) of Bradenton, FL. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
