He was predeceased by: his son Daryl; his mother Betty Lou; his grandsons, Joseph Horn and Baden Biddle; and his son-in-law Troy Biddle.
He is survived by: his former wife Helen; his father Thomas Ray; his daughter Amanda Horn; his granddaughter Devon Biddle; his daughter-in-law Denise Horn; his grandchildren, Greta and Jared; and his brothers, Howard, Charlie and Phil.
