He is survived by: his parents, Pauline L. Knowles and Ronald M. Knowles; his brothers, Lucas of Tacoma, WA and Jeremy of Tualatin, OR; his uncles, Garth Taylor of Moscow, ID and Greg Taylor of Cowley, WY; and his aunt Peggy Wellock of Lewiston, CA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
