He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Detroit; his wife Helen Hannula; his children, Rick (Bonnie) of Moraga, Gary (Laura) of Walnut Creek and Laura (Marc) of Alamo; and his grandchildren, Jamie Fend of Aptos, Mat Fend of Cayucos, Kristin O'Nesky of Pleasanton, Audrey Gordon of San Francisco and Megan Gordon of Tempe, AZ.. He was also cherished by 5 great grandchildren.
