She was predeceased by: her mother Cindy Frazita. She is survived by: her husband Brent Sexton; her daughters, Lucy Sexton and Emma Sexton; her father Jim Frazita; her stepmother Sherri Jackson; her sister Krista Frazita-Cohendet; her brother-in-law Chris Cohendet; her nephews, Will, Henry, Max and Alex Cohendet; her father-in-law Darrell Sexton; and her brother-in-law Chad Sexton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the UCSF Brain Tumor Clinic or contributions to the Head for the Cure event in San Francisco, which supports brain tumor research.
