It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta E. Carter (Alameda, California), who passed away on July 24, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Emily B. Carter. She is survived by: her sons, David Kiewlich (Merryn) and Daniel Kiewlich (Nora); and her grandchildren, Robert, Elaine, Joseph and Michael.
