He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elsie Alberta Davidson; his siblings, Larry Woodard, Francis Woodard, Jimmy Woodard and Daniel Woodard; his children, Nathan Woodard, Anneka Bass, Pecolia Tubb, Daniel Perreira, Gena Batres Montoya, Shasta Holder-Lane and Trisha Lane; his father George Edward Woodard; and his brother Clarence Woodard (Patricia Woodard). He was also cherished by his fourteen grandchildren.
