Mary Lou Weinberger Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Lou Weinberger of Alameda, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Serpa Vaz and Azorean Portuguese. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Weinberger (Al); her sons, Richard of Fremont, Michael (Francine) of Houston, TX and Stephen (Janet) of Sebastopol; her grandchildren, Christopher of Fremont, Hannah of Carmichael, Hank (Emily) of Sacramento and Miles of San Francisco; her great grandchildren, Colton, Hall and Ida; and her cousins, Orlanda Palma and Cecilia Botelho of Portugal. She is also survived by many second cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Star of the Valley Catholic Church (545 White Oak Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95409). A committal service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (26320 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544).
