She is survived by: her husband George "Nick" Blackshere; her daughter Wendy Ovalle; her son-in-law Moses Ovalle; her grandchildren, Isabel Ovalle and Isaac Ovalle; her mother Mary Dermont; and her siblings, Vince Dermont, Stephanie Dermont, Susan Dermont, Margaret Gregory, Elizabeth Dermont, Virginia Hill and Simone Dermont.
