He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur O'Flanagan and Jane O'Flanagan (Parker); his close friend Karen Forsgard; his sisters, Marcella (O'Flanagan), Elizabeth (Frank McCarthy) and Jayne (O'Flanagan); and also Davis. He was also cherished by three nieces, two nephews, and six great-nieces and nephews.
There will be no memorial due to the pandemic, but his family wishes you to raise a glass of good cheer in Joe's memory.
