He is survived by: his wife Yuhshiang; his children, Shu and Deven Sha (Yerwen); his daughter-in-law Pauline; and his grandchildren, Yen-Tang Wang, Yen-Hua Wang, Angie Sha, Andrew Sha, Alice Wong and Jennifer Sha. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
