She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Aspinall and Ethel Aspinall; her daughter Diane Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Scott Bertelsen and Carolyn Malone-Baker; and her great grandchild Timothy Jones.
She is survived by: her brothers, Herbert and Warren Aspinall; her husband Russell Higby; and her children, Ellen Bertelsen, Paul Flynn-Higby (Katy) and Barbara Acosta (Armand). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren, 1 triple-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
