With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Angelina Ciraulo Halter formerly of Alameda, California, born in San Jose, California, who passed away on January 4, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Ciraulo and Angelina Ciraulo; her brother Jasper Ciraulo; and her son Randy Halter. She is survived by: her husband Ron Halter of Canton Ohio; her daughter Cindy Spies (Gordon); her siblings, Sharon Stott Ciraulo of Santa Cruz and Anthony; her sister-in-law Margaret Ciraulo of Saratoga; her son Doug Halter (Randy Encinas) of Ventura; her son-in-law Gordon Spies of Oxnard; and her grandchildren, Jacey Spies of Humbolt and Jameson Spies of Ventura.

Due to COVID restrictions a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
