She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Harmer and Sydney Harmer; her husband Ben; her in-laws, Val and Jenny Mallia; her grandson Ryan McDaniels; and her pets, Pepper and Dobie.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa McDaniels (Tom) of Alameda, Mary Ann Flemming (Tom) of Castro Valley, Brenda (Rick) and David Mallia (Margie) of San Lorenzo; her grandchildren, Dennis (Vanessa), Scott McDaniels (Arianna), Sara Wallis (Mike), Mike and Emily Flemming; her children, Greg (Megan), Brian Mallia (Stefani) and Jennifer Barron (Jimmy); her nieces, Maxine Magidson (Bill) and Kathy Schwarzbeck (Rick); and her nephew John Johnson (Karen). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
