She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth Zboyovsky and John Perata; her siblings, Richard, Geraldine, John and Robert; her sons, Steven, Rocco and Jack Jr.; her husband Jack Sr.; her grandchildren, Scott, Gina, Steffen, Lacey, Dante and Angelica; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Amiyah, Jameson and Blakely. She was also cherished by her family and friends.

“She has left such an incredible legacy.. I will remember those walks from Lincoln school to the house to raid the cabinets. Or, when we would stop by and find random change everywhere. I am so extremely blessed to have been able to share special times with her. It is with a broken heart that I wish she would've been home more often as I visited after moving.
