He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Jason (Madonna); his grandchildren, Sky, Dakota and Sedona; his daughter Jennifer; his grandchildren, Amberly, Stephen and Shawn; his former wife Gladys; his sisters, Margaret (Peggy) and Carole; his cousin Karoline DeMartini; his daughter Sarah; his nephews, Kelly, Kirk, Thor and Scott; and his brothers-in-law, Stephen and Phil.
