It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Henry Medendorp of Alameda, California, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Medendorp and Annette Medendorp; and his wife Mary Medendorp. He is survived by: his children, Gregory A. Medendorp (Anna) of Albuquerque, NM, Lisa A. Navarrete (James) of San Antonio, TX and Brian J. Medendorp (Haley) of Nashua, NH.; his grandchildren, Elena Navarrete of San Antonio, TX and Otto Medendorp of Albuquerque, NM.; and his sisters, Ada Busby and Betty Juell (Maynard). He is also survived by two nephews and a niece and their children.
Allen's family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Mission of the North, a group of Presbyterian Churches in Northern New Mexico.
