He is survived by: his former wife Nancy George; his stepsons, Douglas Edward and Steven Lyle; his wife Penny Hubbard; his siblings, Thelma Kelp of Nashville Ind and Larry Seitz of Switz City, Ind.; and his son Doug Seitz (Penny Seitz) of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
