It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Clay Callis in Yuma, Arizona, born in Ada, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Lee Clapsaddle and Henry Clay Callis III; his siblings, Larry Callis and Connie Clapsaddle Hill; and his parents-in-law, Tony Ferrara and Rosalie Ferrara.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Callis; his son Jason Shepard; his daughter-in-law Sarah Shepard; his grandchildren, Emily and Alex; his siblings, Donna Schweiger (George), Janice Callis Coffman and Bill Clapsaddle; his sister-in-law Pam Denman (Bob); and his friends, Wade, Jody Dyson, Elmer, Betty Fields, Ramon, Maria Malone, Arnold, Lucy Urias, Ed, Suzanne Peterson, Sai Peña and Luis Arias. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
