She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonie Crittenden and Tex Crittenden. She is survived by: her significant other Phillip Barksdale; her brother Alvin "Mert" Merten; her son Barry; her daughter-in-law Nellie; her children, Shelly and Greg (Cindy); her grandchildren, Madison (Brian), Cammie (Mike), Hayden, Brant (Jodi), Brian (Jacci) and Brianne (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Jase, Brenna, Aubrey, Kylie and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, Nola would have preferred for donations to be made in her memory to Hospice of Yuma.
