He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Stacey Cartier, Pamela Clark and Christopher Cartier; his stepchildren, Billy Webb, Robert Power and Debbie Power; his grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Nicole, Kyle, Kelsey and Asher; and his great grandchild Bradley.
