He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Cartier and James Francois Cartier; his sister Beverly Dwyer; and his grandson Cody Iorns. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Stacey Cartier, Pamela Clark and Christopher Cartier; his stepchildren, Billy Webb, Robert Power and Debbie Power; his grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Nicole, Kyle, Kelsey and Asher; and his great grandchild Bradley.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at 4330 W Riverside Dr, Yuma, AZ 85364.
