Though Maria may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

A wake was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Desert Valley Mortuary Chapel (138 N Avenue B, Somerton, AZ 85350). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at 417 S 15th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:30 PM at the Desert Lawn Memorial Park (1415 S 1st Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364).
