Lois Fern Sunderman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Fern Sunderman (Yuma, Arizona), born in Hardin, Missouri, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Fern Sunderman to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred H Holman and Lula Mae Holman (Pence); her husband Lloyd Henry Sunderman; her children, Lloyd Joseph Sunderman (Letty Armenta Sunderman), Lisa Marie Sunderman (Daniel Joseph McCauley) and Michelle Cathleen Pope (Rex Allen Pope); her grandchildren, Sarah Sunderman, Hannah Sunderman, Paige McCauley, Ryan Pope (Caitlyn Johnson Pope) and Bailey Beres (Bence Beres); her great grandchildren, Elijah Beres and Augustine Beres; her sister Shirley Holman Sels; and her brother-in-law Wally O Sels. She was also cherished by her family, many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial funds be given to The Arizona ALS Chapter, who has provided amazing support to Lois and the family and/or to Christ Lutheran Church, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) for an LCMS church worker scholarship, of which Lois and Lloyd have been passionate supporters.
