He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Dean Parks and Lorene "Deanie" Justice (Lear); his stepfather Riley Justice; his brothers, John "Johnny" Parks and Jerry Parks; and his nephew John "John-John" Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Parks (Grissom); his children, Melissa Norred (Clint) and Jimmy Parks (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jacob (Tori), Wyatt, Jocelyn, Emma, Andrew and Ralph; his great grandchild Jayce; and his sisters, Robyn Justice and Carolyn Swanner.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Yuma Mortuary (775 S 5th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364).
