He is survived by: his wife Estela Garcia; his children, Cynthia Montoya (Alex), Desma Estrada (Stephen) and Felix Garcia III; and his great grandchild Mateo Angel Montoya.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:30 PM at 417 S 15th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364. A wake was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Desert Valley Mortuary Chapel (138 N Avenue B, Somerton, AZ 85350). A rosary was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
