She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Lugo; her daughter Teresa F. Saavedra Lugo; her parents, Doyle C. Todd and Dorothy L. Williams; and her stepmother Ruth Todd.

She is survived by: her children, Tracey Lugo Dominguez (Silver), James Jr. Lugo (Jennara) and Joseph Lugo (Monica); her sisters, Velma, Sherry and Linda; her grandchildren, Joseph (Jessy), Tiffany, Basillia, Ariel Jr., Kiana (Ulises), Gage (Abigail), Nevaeh, Abriela, Jacob, Jessara, Tatiyanah, Tristan, Keegan and Joseph Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Kailani and Alexander.

Viewing will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Johnson's Mortuary (1415 S 1st Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364).
