She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Arthur Foxall Sr. and Ruth Dearstyne Foxall. She is survived by: her brother Herbert Arthur Foxall, Jr. (Art); her children, Leigh Andrew Sampson and Sarah Claire Puerner (Sampson); her son-in-law David Puerner; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hilton, Zachary Puerner and Emily Puerner; and her former husband William Sampson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Marshall – Diocese of Montana (Episcopal) in memory of Anne Sampson for the Nurses Cabin.
