Alphonso R. Varela Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Varela and Manuela Varela; his wife Margaret L. Varela (Margie); and his siblings, Gilbert, Frank Varela, Joe Martinez and Yolanda Bennett.
He is survived by: his daughter Jocelyn Arviso (Johnny); his grandchildren, Jessica Martin (Brad) and Jonathon Arviso; his great grandchildren, Harper and Alexander Martin; and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Thomas Varela and Leticia of Montana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Johnson Mortuary (1415 S 1st Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
