She is survived by: her parents, Billy Norman Haynes (Amanda Lynn) of Sparta, IL and Monica Lee Pankey (Akins) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandmothers, Carolyn Haynes of Galatia, IL and Angie Faucett (Jeff) of New Athens, IL; her great-grandparents, Carol Walker of Coulterville, IL and Kay Faucett of New Athens, IL; her children, Gabriella Hazelton, Isabella Hazelton and Hunter Haynes; and her siblings, Brandon Barbre (Jackie) of Clearwater, FL, Nathan Wellen (Chelsea) of Infield, IL, Chase Pots of Phoenix, AZ, Sheonte Pankey of Phoenix, AZ, Dylan Haynes of Phoenix, AZ, Jimmy Haynes of Sparta, IL., Kaylyn Haynes of Sparta, IL., Wiliam Haynes of Sparta, IL. and Madison Hanyes of Sparta, IL..
