He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Carole Ann Hooks (Neal), Leslie Brady, Mary Zampini, Joanne Kaczmarowski (Andy) and Paul Zampini (Nancy Pavich); and his stepdaughters, Summer Bullard and Jonna Hoffman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
