With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Shuping of Yarnell, Arizona, who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Adrian Shuping; his aunt Jane; his wife Alice Platts; his children, Joe Jr. of Carson, CA and Carolyn of Garden City, CA; his grandson Alec Shuping of San Pedro, CA; his siblings, Betty (Dan Hyatt) and Jack (Doris Casabolt) of Bryson City, NC; his parents-in-law, Robert, Naomi Livingston, Frank, Patricia Platts, Harry, Arlene Platts, Mark, Juanita Schittina, Todd and Dawn Brandes; his brother Parks Deacon; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Platts; and his nephew Lance Casebolt.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Meals on Wheels through the Yarnell Community Center and to animal rescue through Petey's Playground.
