He was predeceased by: his parents, David Poolheco and Evelyn Poolheco; his daughters, Bonnie Sue and Christine Sue Poolheco; his grandson Ismael Ochoa III; and his siblings, Carlos, Irving, Frank Sr., Sydney, David Jr. and Lorraine Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Edna Poolheco; his sons, Anthony Poolheco (Sandy), Shaun, Ryan Baldwin and Tyson Poolheco; and his sister Isabel Ortega (Johnny). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
