She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Hernandez and Jennie Hernandez; and her brother Andy Hernandez. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Morgan (Jeff), Marie Freeman (Andrew) and Ricci Gamboa (Paige Sandry); her brothers, Manuel Hernandez (Doris) and Rick Hernandez; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Ryland, Sarah, Derek, Jaxson, Heaven and Harmonie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She has requested memorial donations to be made to The Madonna House, Winslow.
