She was predeceased by: her father Ronald L. Sample, Sr.; her brother Ronald L. Sample Jr.; her grandparents, Wright F., Helen Sample, Sr. (Morin), Clarence and Mabel LaBombard (Chenevert); and her pet Avery.
She is survived by: her mother Helen Sample (LaBombard) of Rouses Point; her son Kevin Sample of Rouses Point; her sisters, Donna Sample of Rouses Point and Marcie Decoste; her brother-in-law Lindsay DeCoste of Mooers; her nephews, Dalton and Camden DeCoste of Mooers; and her friends, Yolanda, Maria and Rhonda. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
