He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Conner Sr. and Donna Fay Jones Conner; and his son Ralph Conner III. He is survived by: his wife Evanell Manwiller Conner; his daughter Kathyrn Conner-Contreras; and his brother Jerry Conner. He is also survived by six grandchildren as well as six great-grandchildren.
