She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Anthony Sieradzki and Frances Regina Centnarowicz; her husband Marvin LaFayette Chambers (Soup); her children, Laura Daugherty, Julie Kolomitz, Mark Chambers, Tammy Ely and Amy Streysman; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Robin, Michael Daugherty, Jeffrey, Brian Kolomitz, Amber Lynch, Natalie Kukurba, Kayla, Kevin Ely, Weston Vannoy and Cooper Streysman; and her brother James Sieradzki (Marilyn). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, she requests donations to be made to: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
