She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Mata and Clotilde Mata; her sisters, Esther and Carmen; her husband Leo R. Salazar Sr.; her son Leo M. Salazar Jr.; and her grandson Milton Salazar.
She is survived by: her grandmother Toti; and her sons, Francisco "Pancho" Salazar (Elena), Joe M. "Yogi" Salazar (Priscilla) and Raul M. Salazar (Barbara). She is also survived by Grandma Toti leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
