It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Ortiz of Winslow, Arizona, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucio Munoz and Paulina Munoz; her husband Charlie Ortiz; and her siblings, Manuel, Jose, Phillip Munoz and Antonia Munoz.

She is survived by: her children, John Ortiz, Charlie Ortiz (Alicia), Mary Thomas (Bob) and Pauline Sloan (Shawn). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
