He was predeceased by: his mother Natalia Gonzales Padilla; his great-grandparent Soledad Vargas; his brothers, Ernest, Reyes Rodriguez and Carlos Padilla, Jr.; his granddaughters, Vicky and Priscilla Reyes; and his son-in-law Ricky Reyes.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Villaescusa; his children, Michael, Yolanda Reyes (David), David (Shannon), Corrine Pipkins (Joe), Philip (Cathy), Marie Arnold (Kevin), Ernest (Geneva) and Anthony (Kazuko); and his siblings, Roy and Rosanne. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
