He is survived by: his fiancée Samantha Mize; his stepson Marshall Hoppus; his daughters, Stacy, Katrina, Lula, Mary and Natalia; his siblings, Cheryl Aboites, Marsha Luther and Elliott Luther; and his mother Nellie Cody-Fatty. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
