He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baer and Harriett Tosten Baer; and his siblings, Betty Stevens, Mary Ellen Baer, Floyd "Pete" and Ronald "Yogi" Baer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Zimmerman Baer; his daughters, Sherry Domer (Jason) of Forest Grove, OR and Christine Anderson (Lance) of Greencastle, PA; his stepsons, John Lehrian of Tennessee, David Lehrian (Kelly) of California and Matthew Lehrian (Angel) of Pittsburg, PA; and his brother Donald Baer of Chambersburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; a step-great-grandson.
