He is survived by: his mother Coraleen Mead; his significant other Angele; his children, Cayter Ontko (Dustin), Shawn Mead and Natalie Kukurba; his grandchildren, Ava Ontko, Harper Ontko, Wayde Ontko and Blake Mead; and his siblings, Mike Mead (Kris), Debby Zeiger (Mark), Donna Keller (Mark) and Vicky Pizzagoni (Ken). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
