He was predeceased by: his parents, Concepcion Carrillo and Marie Carrillo; his wife Rosalie Carrillo; his daughter Adela Carrillo; his siblings, John, Louie Carrillo and Adela Cebalos; and his grandson Danny Carrillo.
He is survived by: his sister Lucy Santana; his children, Frank Alfred Carrillo, Leona Wade and Valerie Guzek; his grandchildren, Jennifer Martinez, Rusty Carrillo, Rhiana Carrillo, Alaina Carrillo, Thomas Dowd, Christian Wade and Joseph Guzek; and his great grandchild Sienna Rose Dowd.
