He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred R. Maki and Edith E. Maki; his brother Jon Maki; and his son-in-law John Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Maki; his children, Cheryl Dennis and Alan Maki (Pamela) of Olympia; his brother Paul Maki (Nectar) of Lake Placid; his grandchildren, Ashley Shaver (Eddy), Joshua Dennis, Alex Maki and Erik Maki; and his sister-in-law Lydia Maki.
