He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hopkins and Flora Hopkins; his brother Buff Hopkins; and his son Troy Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Hopkins; his children, Mark Hopkins (Debbie), Dean Hopkins and Dave Hopkins; his brothers, Bill Hopkins (Louise) and Stan Hopkins (Judy); and his grandchildren, Paul Hopkins, Jodi Hopkins (Matt Mitchell), Heather Hopkins Michael (Norwood Cole) and Jace Hopkins. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

In leiu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Willcox Public Schools or City of Willcox Keiller Park renovations.
