He is survived by: his children, Deborah Atkins Archer, Dana Atkins Ramsay and Garth Thomas Atkins; his grandchildren, Ariel Carolyn Atkins, Grant Thomas Atkins and Nicholas Mark Atkins; and his great grandchild Harlow Leigh Atkins.
